We support local businesses and farms by using their fresh ingredients in all of our dishes. Our meats are smoked or roasted in-house,and our breads are baked in-house. Eating with the seasons is important to us, to cut down on our carbon footprint, to keep the freshness and flavour in our dishes,and to keep your bellies full.

In 2017, David bought The Sprouted Fig in Vernon BC, as a gift for his mother, Bea. Since they both share a background in holistic nutrition as well as a passion for good food he knew it would be a good fit. Together, they’ve partnered with local, sustainable farms to source the best fresh ingredients to build incredible sandwiches, make comforting soups, and bake delicious indulgent treats. Their mission is to go beyond feeding by truly nourishing their customers, one bite at a time.
