In 2017, David bought The Sprouted Fig in Vernon BC, as a gift for his mother, Bea. With their shared passion for good food and backgrounds in Holistic Nutrition, the Mother and Son duo knew The Fig would be the perfect fit. We go beyond feeding, by nourishing our customers, one bite at a time. Together, they’ve partnered with local, sustainable farms to source the best fresh ingredients to build incredible sandwiches, make comforting soups, and bake delicious indulgent treats.
